Body Tattoo Removal Photo Assessment

Submit clear photographs and information about your tattoo for an initial assessment.

This form is suitable if you are considering:

• Complete tattoo removal

• Partial tattoo removal

• Removal of a specific section

• Lightening before a cover-up

• Correction of uneven fading

• Further treatment after previous laser removal

Emma will review your photographs, tattoo history, colours, approximate size, previous removal treatments and intended outcome, then advise the appropriate next step. This may include a consultation, patch test, approved treatment booking or another treatment pathway.

A photo assessment does not confirm treatment suitability or replace an in-person clinical assessment. The tattoo, surrounding skin and treatment area must be examined before final treatment recommendations are made.

Photographs required

Please upload clear, unfiltered photographs taken in bright natural light:

• One close photograph showing the full tattoo

• One wider photograph showing the tattoo’s location on the body

• Additional close photographs of detailed, dense or multicoloured areas

• Photographs of any scarring, texture change or uneven fading

• A photograph with a ruler beside the tattoo if its size is not clear

Do not apply makeup, fake tan, tinted products or filters before taking the photographs.
