Brow Tattoo Removal Photo Assessment

This form is suitable if you are considering:

• Lightening before new cosmetic tattooing

• Complete brow tattoo removal

• Partial shape correction

• Removal of unwanted microblading, powder brows or combination brows

• Assessment for laser, non-laser or emergency removal

Emma will review your photographs, tattoo history, current pigment colour and intended outcome, then advise the appropriate next step. This may include a consultation, patch test, approved treatment booking or another treatment pathway.

A photo assessment does not replace an in-person clinical assessment. Treatment suitability and recommendations may change after the brows and surrounding skin are examined in person.

Photographs required

Please upload clear, unfiltered photographs taken in natural light:

• One front-facing photograph

• One close photograph of each brow

• Additional photographs showing any migration, unevenness or area requiring partial correction

Do not wear brow makeup in the photos.
