Lip Tattoo Removal Photo Assessment

Submit clear photographs and information about your lip tattoo for an initial assessment.

This form is suitable if you are considering:

• Lip blush lightening

• Complete cosmetic lip tattoo removal

• Partial correction

• Removal of pigment outside the natural lip border

• Treatment of uneven, overly bright or unwanted colour

• Assessment for laser or non-laser removal

Emma will review your photographs, tattoo history, current pigment colour, placement and intended outcome, then advise the appropriate next step. This may include a consultation, patch test, approved treatment booking or another treatment pathway.

A photo assessment does not confirm treatment suitability or replace an in-person clinical assessment. The lips, surrounding skin and pigment placement must be examined before final treatment recommendations are made.

Photographs required

Please upload clear, unfiltered photographs taken in natural light:

• One front-facing photograph of the full face

• One close photograph of the lips at rest

• One close photograph with the lips gently parted

• One photograph from each side

• Additional photographs showing uneven pigment or colour outside the natural lip border

Do not wear lipstick, lip liner, gloss or tinted balm in the photographs.
