Submit clear photographs and information about your scalp micropigmentation for an initial assessment.

This form is suitable if you are considering:

• Partial SMP removal

• Density reduction

• Lightening before new scalp micropigmentation

• Complete SMP removal

• Treatment of uneven, blurred, migrated or discoloured pigment

Emma will review your photographs, treatment history, pigment appearance, treatment area and intended outcome, then advise the appropriate next step. This may include a consultation, patch test, approved treatment booking or another treatment pathway.

A photo assessment does not confirm treatment suitability or replace an in-person clinical assessment. The scalp, pigment density and treatment area must be examined before final recommendations are made.

Photographs required

Please upload clear, unfiltered photographs taken in bright natural light:

• One front-facing photograph showing the full hairline

• One photograph from each side

• One photograph from above

• One photograph of the crown or rear scalp if treated

• Close photographs of any uneven, blurred, migrated or discoloured areas

• One wider photograph showing the full treatment area

Take the photographs with dry hair and without concealer, fibres, scalp products or tinted products.
